Our Mission. J.J.’S BEANS is truly a small batch roaster, roasting fine coffees from around the world since 2003. Our coffee shop location opened in the fall of 2004 — come visit us on Sundays and experience what a latte or cappuccino is meant to taste like. J.J.’S BEANS roasts only the finest quality coffee beans. We also will roast no bean until it’s ordered. By roasting fresh to order, J.J.’S BEANS can deliver (free to local area customers) or ship immediately (within 24 hours) the freshest coffee beans possible. That’s our commitment to you, our customer. The bottom line — when coffee beans are roasted fresh to order, this assures you the freshest, richest cup of coffee you’ve ever tasted. Roasted coffee beans are at peak optimal flavor for a short amount of time and lose even more of their flavor and intensity after being exposed to moisture, light, and air.
